She has been crafting comedic plays for almost two decades, many of which are featured in her book “Ten 10-minute Comedies”, available on Amazon. Her writing prowess earned her the prestigious “Best in Snow” award in 2023.
Hanson’s co-writer, Michael L. Johnson, was born in Kenosha and raised in Racine. He has a bachelor’s degree in English from UW-Madison, a master’s degree in English from the University of Warwick, a secondary teaching certification from UW-Parkside, and a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Northwestern University. Johnson’s writing niche is giving voice to women over 40, presenting them as complex, hilarious, profound, captivating, and fearless individuals.
The production of “Mansfield Mysteries” is also helmed by a team of dedicated individuals. The producer and director is currently focusing on “The QuaranTeam” and managing the social media marketing for “Mansfield Mysteries”. A natural storyteller, they have been writing stories since they were eight.
